"A CATALOGUE Of the large Collection of Original Pictures, Houshold-Furniture, &c. OF Sir JOHN MERES, Of Great Russel-street, Bloomsbury, lately Deceased. As likewise Part of the STOCK in TRADE of the late M. HENRY TOMB's [sic] Of Leaden-hall street, brought from his Seat near Bow : Consisting of a very large Collection of the choicest old Japan China ; a Quantity of Piece-Goods, in Muslins, Silks, &c. A curious Musical Clock, which plays several Tunes ; Variety of Fire-Arms ; A House-Organ ; an excellent Fire-Engine ; and many other valuable effects : Which, for Convenience of Sale, are removed to the large Rooms, lately Mrs. Gumley's, over the New Exchange in the Strand, To be sold by AUCTION On Tuesday the 18th of this instant May, and the five following Days. The Collection may be seen on Friday the 14th, and every Day after (Sunday excepted) till the Hour of Sale, which will begin each Day at 11 in the Forenoon precisely.
